Shipping Info: Your order will typically ship out within 5 business days after it is received. We do not ship on most major holidays, please keep that in mind when placing your order.

How can I check my order status?
Just email elmojk@elmojk.com with the name and email address used for the order.
Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at elmojk@elmojk.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, try on the underwear, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Signed items will not be refunded, but in case an item has been broken in shipping, please send an email to elmojk@elmojk.com for instructions.
